Data Loading Options & Pricing
If you have lots of data and think you might exceed your data cap for your first backup visit our About Broadband page for tips or take advantage of the Manual Data Load service.
Annual subscribers with 30GB or less are Free and a USB flash drive is provided.
Monthly Subscribers will be charged $30.00 for this service and a USB Flash Drive will be supplied for Data loads of less than 30GB.
Annual and Monthly Subscribers with more than 30GB will incur courier charges for the supply of a portable USB hard drive.
Note if the uploads media (USB Flash or Disk Drive) is not returned your credit card will be charged for replacement cost.
Manual Data Recovery Pricing
If you have for some unfortunate reason lost a large amount or all of your data which you are backing up to Back IT Up Mate you can request to have this data sent to you on a portable disk drive media.
All subscribers can request a Manual Data Recovery and to see how easy it is to request and do a manual upload, visit the Data Recovery page.
Subscribers will be charged $50.00 for this service and a USB Flash Drive will be supplied for Data Recovery of less than 30GB via the NZ Post Weigh to Go Service. A pre-addressed label is included for the return of the device.
Subscribers with more than 30GB will be charged $60.00 to cover additional courier costs for the supply of a portable USB hard drive. Please note failure to return the portable device with 5 working days of your receipt of will incur a charge against your credit card for the replacement cost.
Back IT Up Mate is currently only available to New Zealand subscribers.
